HI-MOVE - PLATE DOWEL
Using Plate Dowel technology the Hi-Move plate dowel system is a larger 10mm plate to cope with wider joint openings and has additional lateral (sideways) movement for stressed or SCC slabs. Hi-Move plate dowels consist of a one piece nail on plastic sleeve (nails are built in) and a 10mm thick steel plate. Galvanised or Stainless Steel Plates are also available.

HI-MOVE - DOWEL CLIP
Lesa’s Hi-Move Dowel Clips use 20mm square dowels and are often used to connect existing to new slabs. Dowel Clips can also be used in Lesa’s pre-assembled Armour Joint systems and have a standard 20mm lateral (sideways) movement. The 20mm dowels are also available in Galvanised or Stainless Steel.

HI-MOVE - NAIL-ON SLEEVE
Lesa’s Nail on Sleeve System are custom made metal sleeves for those that require additional lateral (sideways) movement over the standard hi-Move Sleeves. The nail on metal sleeves use 16, 20 or 25mm square dowels, and are a one piece unit complete with a compressible material built in.

LESA SQUARE DOWELS
One of the first products in our range, Lesa introduced the Square Dowel into New Zealand & Australia last century. Lesa Square Dowels are available in sizes 16, 20 and 25mm and Galvanised or Stainless Steels.

LESA SPEED SLEEVES
The nail on Sleeve System for round dowel bars. Speed Sleeves eliminate the need for penetrating formwork and ensure accurate alignment. Speed Sleeves use ridged plastic to reduce the risk of the material around the dowel bar compressing and allowing deflection. Speed Sleeves are available in 16, 20 and 25mm diameters.

Roundowel is a dowel bar of plain round reinforcing steel to NZS3402:1 989, with burr free ends, and supplied complete with a heat shrunk plastic sleeve on the bar. Roundowels are available loose or in assembled Ladder or Basket configuration. Roundowels are available in sizes from 12 to 40mm.

Fibre Dowels are corrosion proof dowels for exposed critical areas. They are an alternative to galvanised square or round dowels, or stainless steel Plate Dowels. Fibre Dowels are available in sizes from 10 to 25mm and can also be assembled into Ladder or Basket configuration.

SHEAR LOAD CONNECTORS
Ancon Shear Load Connectors are a twin stainless steel dowel system for use in movement joints in floor slabs, suspended slabs, and for replacing double columns & beams at structural movement joints. Other applications include joints in bridge parapets, bridge abutments and diaphragms. Shear Load Connectors are available in sizes from 14 to 65mm, DSD and DSDQ’S for lateral movement. Single versions are also available which include a sound absorbing material.

Dowel Ladders are welded & tied assemblies that ensure accurate dowel alignment, thus eliminating the risk of cracking due to slab lock up and misalignment. Dowel Ladders are available in standard 3 metre lengths and can be supplied with a range of dowel sizes and spacing to suit the thickness of the slab.

LOAD PLATE BASKETS
Unlike round dowel baskets, the Load Plate Basket is forgiving of lateral misalignment and will not lock joints or cause restraint to the normal shrinkage of concrete. Load Plate Baskets are available in standard 3 metre lengths, using 10 or 6mm Load Plates at spacing to suit the thickness of the slab.
